I am a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer plus Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity. I also work as a sport psychology consultant helping professional athletes and academically hold a MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a BSc (Hons) Psychology. My passion for health and fitness comes from my professional tennis playing days and several health scares of my own, where I lost over 15 KG and reversed several major health issues. I enjoy helping people create changes in their mindset that enable them to create mind and body breakthroughs.
I love helping people with their exercise and personally enjoy HIIT, Spin and VIIT training. I am a giant Alan Partridge fan and love watching Mid-Morning Matters, Knowing me Knowing You and Anglian Lives.
