Master Your Cardio:

Cross-Training Workshop

Join Jamie for a 2-hour workshop with a specially designed cross-training workout on the cardiovascular equipment.

During the workshop you will learn how to use the rower, ski-erg and assault bike correctly, as well as have some fun training with your fellow gym users.


We will be holding a competition for our members & guests to see who can get the fastest time completing:

  • 1km row
  • 1km ski
  • 2km assault bike
    (In order)


The schedule for the workshop will be as follows:

  • Greetings & introduction
  • About cross-training
  • Instruction on the rower, ski, and assault bikes
  • Warmup (prior to athletes taking part)
  • Workout
  • Cool-down
  • Q&A
