At Champneys we offer members our YOUnique PT session to get you started on your fitness and wellbeing journey. With our tailor-made approach and your hard work, you will create the best possible version of YOU. This session includes a body composition analysis, 8-point movement screen and a short-sweat session to get you moving.
If you then decide to continue training with your coach, choose from the following sessions and they will design and guide you through a progressive fitness journey with regular 'check ins' to create long term changes in health and mind whilst transforming your body!
