Bio:

Jamie Clough is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, comprehensive Pilates teacher, and cross training coach with a specialisation in women's strength and conditioning. Originally starting her career as a full-time Pilates instructor, she expanded her skills to personal training and now offers a blend of expertise in strength training, Pilates, and functional fitness.


In her free time, Jamie enjoys trail running, hiking, and has completed several ultra-marathons and Hyrox competitions. Jamie believes that exercise is not just a part-time activity, but a key component of a well-balanced and meaningful life. She strives to inspire her clients to enjoy their fitness journey while feeling empowered and strong.
