I have been in the industry for over 10 years.

My passion is to coach and mentor my clients on their health and fitness journey whilst achieving their goals. I will guide and motivate you to overcome your individual barriers and obstacles allowing you to reach your full potential.

"I've just completed my block of 10 gym sessions with Samantha and am so pleased with the results, that I have booked another ten sessions! Samantha has guided me through each session with patience, encouragement and good humour, so by the end of our time I feel like I have worked hard yet feel great. Samantha plans each session to be different from the last, so exercising with her is kept interesting and makes sure all parts of your body get a 'work out'.... Getting into a routine of exercise and eating healthily has also helped me to lose about 8 kg in weight which I'm hoping to build on during the next 10 sessions".

Melanie has achieved her weight loss of 1 stone in 3 months. I gifted Melanie a Champneys gift for achieving her goal, however she wouldn't let me have a photo with her because her hair wasn't right haha. I will try and encourage her to have a one with me and we can us a Champneys bag as a prop.
