This special session blends Reiki, Elemental Mandala, Deep Yin, and Meditation to create a grounding and revitalising experience. Through a dynamic mix of Hatha, Mandala Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, Emma will guide you in stretching, strengthening, and rebalancing your body, while mindfulness and meditation will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.
